Self Love Coaching Sessions
These sessions are problem focused with a trauma informed lens. Sessions are based on what the client is processing or needing help with so it can include addressing fears, resistance through shadow work, inner child work, emotional release work, timeline jumping, all while working with the subconscious mind so you can process, release, and see transformation. If you are unsure where to start this is the session to book!
EFT
These sessions helps you move through emotions you’re feeling and shifts them through your subconscious. Sarah walks you through this, first with a 15 min coaching session then the actual tapping on the meridian points in your body related to acupressure. This helps your nervous system relax and metabolize what you are going through. 60 min.
Fired Up
Allows you properly feel and process your emotions in a safe place instead of holding them in or pushing them down. This happens by integration and embodiment and some reprograming along with surrendering into yourself. I help guide you through this and help your process and it can feel like a mediation and allows you to really feel your emotions. This can be done virtually or in person.
Ayurveda Wellness Sessions
One of the world's oldest holistic (“whole-body”) healing systems. It was developed more than 3,000 years ago in India. It's based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. We will go over your health history and goals and you will receive recommendations based on your ailments. These recommendations will be based on diet, lifestyle, herbal supplements and more.
